A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) is signed between: PARC, PATCO and Korea-SeoJung Cooking/OAKS CAF. The MOA is signed among the Parties, with the objective to develop cooperation and business environment for transfer of agriculture related knowledge & technologies, and production of other agricultural products. The main objective of the MOA is to: –

• Import/production of Rare Earth fertilizer – an activator for Macro & Micronutrients for crops & plants to help farmers’ community of Pakistan.
• Import/manufacture/assembling and provision of small agriculture machinery including Dryer (chili, maize cotton seed), Potato Seeder, Fodder Cutter, Small Tractor (8 HP), Zero Tillage (4 rows maize seeder), Small Milking Machine, Insect Traps etc. for farmer community of the Pakistan.
• Production of valuable crops’ seed including Italian Ryegrass etc., through PARC establishments, contract farmers, its storage & export to Korea and other countries.
• Initiation of trainings for youth on Drones technology with the help of KIAST-Korea Institute of Aviation Safety Technology, to enable the youth for practical application of Drone Technology in the field of agriculture.
• Develop cooperation for any other agriculture related endeavor mutually agreed by the Parties.
• Revenue generation for the Parties.
